Nicht ganz, das Ding bekommt wenn dann einen Top Hat!

Das Projekt sieht sehr gut aus! Der Freizeitpark erinnert mich vom Konzept sehr an das Rainbow Magicland, was die Attraktionen angeht. Natrülich hat man hier einen bekannten Namen und Lizenzen dahinterstehen, was das ganze nochmals interessanter macht!

Schade, dass das ganze noch nicht in trockenen Tüchern ist, aber ich drücke mal alle Daumen, dass es klappt. Ist ja wenigstens nicht ein ganz so unrealistisches Projekt, wie manch andere, die zum Scheitern verurteilt sind...

Ohh ja ich hatte nur den Grundriss gesehen und dachte das das andere ein komplett anderer Coaster ist.

Weil es so ist, das hängt mit unheimlich vielen Faktoren zusammen, die Anzahl der Besucher alleine rettet es nicht, da hängen ja auch noch die ganzen Hotels, Restaurants und Merchandiseshops dran... Die wissen eohl selber nicht so wirklich woran es liegt kannst dich im Internet informieren, ist wirklich so

The Themeparkguy aka Stefan Zwanzger war im Murcia und hat sich vor Ort mal eine Broschüre des Parkws gesichert und den angekündigten Bauplatz angesehen, sieht noch sehr öde aus... mal sehen ob da jemals was raus wird...

Genau das was er gesehen hat, ich weis nicht ob du ihn "kennst", aber der reist von Woche zu Woche um die Welt und das oft nur für Baubilder oder in dem Fall so gut wie nichts... wir können ja froh sein mal Bilder vom geplanten Baugebiet gesehen zu haben

PREMURSA ready to purchase the lots of the future

Paramount Park & LifeStyle Center for 15.8 million €

Last Friday December 16th, Proyectos Emblemáticos Murcianos (PREMURSA) exercised its option to purchase the lots of the future Paramount Park and LifeStyle Center located in Alhama de Murcia for 15.812.851 euros.

PREMURSA, the company promoting this project, will make this payment on February 6, 2012, at which time they will be granted the public deeds to the lots. This action is a step forwards in the project, which includes the Paramount Theme Park in Europe and the LifeStyle Center, a large cultural, business, and entertainment complex, located in an area privileged by its geographical, historical, and climatic characteristics.

The lot, located in Alhama de Murcia, has a total area of 1.812.926,83 m² (19.517.182 square feet); of which 774.777,83 m² (8.339.639 square feet) will be for the Paramount Park and 1,038,149 m² (11.185.000 square feet) for the LifeStyle Center.

Jesús Samper, President and CEO of PREMURSA, has stressed "the importance of exercising the option to purchase these lots", which implies "a considerable step toward the project’s execution ".

The Paramount Park and LifeStyle Center, officially presented on October 4th in Madrid, will require a total estimated investment of over 1 billion euros and will create an international tourist destination, which is expected to be visited by over 3 million visitors annually, both national and international.

Thus, the Paramount Park will become a singular destination in Europe, which will feature the latest attractions, for all ages, distributed over 4 thematic areas; as well as 2 themed hotels.

For its part, the LifeStyle Center aims to become the business, culture, and entertainment hub of the area throughout the entire year, thanks to its 7 hotels and its entertainment district which will include a Street Mall, restaurants, bars, night clubs, casino, etc.; as well as a business district which includes cutting-edge office designs, a convention center and an auditorium.

The opening of the Paramount Park, as well as the first phase of the LifeStyle Center is planned for April 2015 .

About PREMURSA

The Paramount Park and LifeStyle Center are promoted by Proyectos Emblemáticos Murcianos S.A. (PREMURSA), consisting of Santa Mónica Financial Services S.L., Región de Murcia Turística S.A. (REMUTURSA), and the Instituto de Fomento de la Región de Murcia (INFO). This corporation has been granted the license from Paramount Licensing Inc. for constructing and operating theme park exclusively in Spain for an extendable period of 30 years.

Ich bete darum das der Park gebaut wird!
Paramount hat mit Terra Mitica schon bewiesen, dass sie geile Parks bauen können, bzw. gut investieren können. Die Artworks sehen auch verdammt genial aus, besonders der Star Trek-Coaster und der interaktive Herr der Ringe-ähnliche-Darkride...

Ich bin auch dafür, vor allem kommt man dank Ryanair () so gut in diese Gegend... sieht schon alles extrem geil aus und ein zweites Terra Mítica wär schon super

Nachdem wir zwei, drei Tage nichts mehr über den geplanten Park gehört haben hier ein interessanter Artikel, der darüber berichtet das nächsten Monat der Vetrag abgeschlossen weren soll.
Dann wär endlich alles in trockenen Tüchern und Spanien/Europa hätte mal wieder einen neuen super Park.
Vorausgesetzt natürlich das dieser so umgesetzt wird wie in den Artworks angekündigt.
Aber ich bin optimistisch das der Park echt toll wird.
Aber erstmal die Unterschrift unter den Vertrag.

Aufgrund rechtlicher Angelegenheiten muss die Vertragsunterzeichnung auf den 7. März verschoben werden, dann sollen 1,5 Mio. m² Land für 15,8 Mio. € den Besitzer wechseln

Grundsteinlegung und Baubeginn könnte dann schon im Mai/April sein

Sollte das alles so zutreffen, dann könnte Anfang 2015 die Eröffnung sein!

Mich würde mal interessieren wie viel Geld die mittlerweile schon gesammelt haben...

Delegation from Paramount Licensing visits Murcia

The Mayor of Alhama de Murcia, Fernando Alfonso Ceron, together with the Regional Minister of Industry, Ignacio Martinez, and Culture and Heritage, Carmen Maria Rodriguez, met with three representatives of Paramount Licensing yesterday.

The three Americans were visiting the town to review the recent developments regarding the purchase of the land required to build the project, together with observing the areas infrastructure, including Corvera airport and the plans to improve the AVE network in the region.
The Paramount team were made up of the Director of design, William High; Project Manager, Thelma Wall and Chief Architect, Paul Makwicky. Following a brief tour of the area surrounding Alhama de Murcia, the delegation confirmed that they were satisfied with how the project was progressing.

Heute abend sollten wir laut diesem Artikel genaueres wissen:

Premursa expected to sign Paramount purchase Wednesday


Following on from the technical and legal problems that arose at the notary last month, the devloper of the Paramount pictures Theme Park, is now expected to sign to officially purchase the site on Wednesday the 7th of March.

The promotor and developer of the park, Proyectos Emblemáticos Murcianos SA (Premursa) headed by President Jesus Samper, was due to officially sign for the purchase of the 1,812,926 meters square plot of land at Alhama de Murcia where the theme park and lifestyle centre was scheduled to be built on the 6th of February.

However, problems arose at the last moment when it was found that a number of the plots being consolodated in the agreement were not free of taxes and other charges . As such the purchase had to be delayed whilst this issue was resolved. At the moment no news has been made available with regards to whether this has now been done, and whether the Wednesday's scheduled appointment is likely to be kept.

2/3 der angestrebten Fläche wurden nun wohl gekauft, der erste Spatenstich soll wohl im Mai stattfinden, die Eröffnung ist somit weiterhin für das Frühjahr 2015 geplant Bin sehr gesapnnt ob sich da was entwickelt und vor allem wie... erst wenn der Park eröffnet hat glaube ich an dieses Projekt

Further Problems With Paramount Purchase



Proyectos Emblemáticos Murcianos S.A. - otherwise know as Premusa, the promotor and developer behind the Paramount Pictures Theme Park project, met with the notary in Alhama de Murcia earlier today, where they were only able to purchase around two thirds of the required land area. Premusa said in a statement released this afternoon that they were able to purchase more than one million square meters of land, worth 10.3 million euros, and are required to do the same with the further 550,000 meters at a later date.
This is the second time a problem has been encountered at the notrary, following an aborted attempt to purchase the required plots last month, when it was found that there were unforeseen debts attached to a number of the plots .

Jesus Samper, President of Premursa, assured that the delay in purchasing the remainder of the land will not cause any delay in the construction of the park commencing, and that the original opening date scheduled for Spring 2015 will be kept.

'Paramount's first stone to be laid in May' : Minister

The Regional Minister for Culture, Pedro Alberto Cruz, appeared before the press today, where he confirmed that the first stone for the Paramount Pictures Theme Park Project at Alhama de Murcia will be laid sometime during May.

This comes despite promises made in February that the first stone would actually be laid in April .
He went on the confirm that the project was "past the point of no return." The announcement came following speculation that the failure to purchase all of the required land yesterday may result in a delay to the project.
The Promotor and Developer of the project, Proyectos Emblemáticos Murcianos SA - trading as Premursa, were only able to puchase around two-thirds of the 1.8 Million sq mts of land required yesterday, but maintained that the remainder would be purchased at a later date and that the glitch would not impact on work on work on the park commencing.
The land purchase yesterday, worth 10.3 Million Euros, takes the total outlay made by Premursa to date some 28 Million Euros.
The opening of the Paramount Park, and the first phase of the Lifestyle Center, is expected in the first half of 2015.
