Der "Funny Stuff" Thread

Jaa, dass das Lied bekannt ist und überall gespielt wird war mir klar.
Ich fands nur irgendwie witzig da vor allem der Europapark mit dem Lied nicht spart und für mich das Lied deshalb irgendwie zum Europapark gehört, da es einfach diese Atmosphere am besten wiedergibt (denke das sehen ein paar andere auch so). Und deshalb schrieb ich ja:"das Lied prägt" .
Eingangs schrieb ich auch:
"Selbst der Movie Park stimmt uns schonmal auf Halloween im Europapark ein" was als Scherz meiner Seits gedacht war. -ich fands einfach witzig ...naja öhmm, du anscheinend nicht
Eigentlich gings mir auch darum, dass ihr einfach die netten Kürbisse mal seht, die ich in übrigen gut gelungen finde. Mir fiel kein besser Thread ein und da ichs (wie oben beschrieben) ein wenig witzig fande, dachte ich mir: Komm poste es mal in den Funny Stuff Thread.

Das Lied stammt aus dem Film "The Nightmare before Christmas" von Tim Burton. Die Lizenz des Films besitzt übrigends Disney.

Sorry, aber das ist doch totaler quatsch was du da geschrieben hast als ob nur der Europapark dieses Lied spielt!

"This is Halloween" ist eines der bekanntesten Halloweenlieder der Welt! Das wirst du überall hören...

Da hast Du Recht.
ABER als deutscher Freizeitparkbesucher verbindet man das Lied doch fast automatisch mit Halloween im Europapark, also ich kenne zumindest einige, denen es so geht.

Also bis jetzt durfte ich das Lied noch nicht im Europa Park hören, somit verbinde ich das Lied jetzt immer mit den singenden Kürbissen aus dem Movie Park

You knew it was going to happen sooner or later, but a 30 year old woman became stuck inside one of the new Aqua Loop slides at Wet ‘n’ Wild in Australia’s Gold Coast is now suing the park for $400,000. After dropping out of the drop-pod, she apparently failed to gather enough speed to make it around the loop and slide backwards back down to the lowest portion of the tube. Fearing another slider would come down and smash into her while stuck inside tube, she panicked until she eventually freed herself via a well placed escape hatch designed for just such an event.
However, she claims in her scramble to escape she suffered a partially-torn rotator cuff and now suffers from ongoing mental issues from the trauma of the event. Her lawyers say that the water park failed to inform guests that there was a chance they could become “stuck” on the Aqua Loop slides and that there was an escape hatch they could use in just such an occasion, as well as the proper way to escape from the slide via the hatch.
While normally this would sound like complete nonsense, I can see a little bit of truth behind this case. People can go into a panic mode very easy at a theme park when things don’t go quite the way they should. When people panic they often make made very irrational choices, especially if they have entered into a very animalistic style survival mode. Sliding backwards down a dimly lit enclosed tube to the bottom of a hill is sure to kick in feelings of clausterfobia and entrapment. Add in the fact that hundreds of gallons of water are plummeting down the tube into your location and who wouldn’t start to have thoughts of drowning? Unless you were informed about the existence of an escape hatch, wisely engineered into the slide for just such an occasion, I can see just about anyone going into a wild panic as they searched for a way to escape. The Aqua-Loops are unique waterslide experiences, as they almost defy logic and gravity, and as such, perhaps a few extra safety warnings do need to be put in place.
